We do not provide investment advice, and the inclusion of a startup on our platform does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation to invest.

You may be given access to confidential business and financial information about startups. By accessing this information, you agree to treat it as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties or use it for any purpose other than evaluating a potential investment.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
